Learn how to make the 2 blocks in the Katrina Quilt

Materials:
♥ 10” squares – can be contrasting, solid and print, or scrappy
♥ 2 squares make 2 blocks of alternating fabrics. There are 2 different blocks in pattern. To make both you will need 4 squares.
♥ Optional: pretreat fabric with starch or sizing before cutting.
♥ Cotton Thread
Tools:
♥ Stripology ruler squared or XL or 18” regular ruler
♥Stripology Mixology 3 book by GE Designs or Katrina Pattern
♥Stripology Mixology 3 book by GE Designs or Katrina Pattern
♥ GE designs arrow stickers
♥ Removable tape (washi or painters tape)
♥ 60 degree corner trimmer
♥ Small ruler to trim
♥ Labels or clips to mark units
♥ Pins
♥ Cutting mat (12”x12” or larger)
♥ Rotary cutter (45 or 60)
♥ Sewing machine
